Chapter 67. The Invisible Sword. The Light of Clarity


1. Свет ясности – есть настоящее достижение ученика, идущего по Пути. Это награда за его жизнь, полную дисциплины, внимательности, самоконтроля и отрешенности.
1. The Light of Clarity is the true achievement of a disciple who walks the Path. It is the reward for his life of discipline, mindfulness, self-control, and detachment.


2. Это тонкое понимание, позволяющее делать различие между самыми тонкими грезами и Беспредельным Духом. Свет ясности сводит на нет все сны разума.
2. It is a subtle understanding that allows one to distinguish between the most subtle dreams and the Boundless Spirit. The Light of Clarity nullifies all dreams of the mind.


3. Свет ясности подобен острому клинку, рассекающему грезы и извлекающему из них вспышки Духа. Поэтому говорят: «Когда грезы атакуют, Мастер машет клинком».
3. The Light of Clarity is like a sharp blade that cuts through dreams and extracts flashes of Spirit from them. Therefore, they say: “When dreams attack, the Master swings the blade.”


4. Чем опытнее Мастер, тем большей силой и тонкостью света ясности он обладает. Тогда он просто расслабляется, погружаясь в свет ясности, и грезы исчезают мгновенно, не успевая возникнуть.
4. The more experienced the Master, the greater the power and subtlety of the Light of Clarity he possesses. Then he simply relaxes, immersing himself in the Light of Clarity, and the dreams disappear instantly, before they have time to arise.


5. Опытный Мастер способен мгновенно рассекать целые пласты самых плотных грез с очень слабым свечением и извлекать из них ярчайшие вспышки Духа. Он также может без труда видеть самые тонкие грезы, маскирующиеся под Беспредельное и освобождаться от них силой света ясности.
5. An experienced Master is able to instantly dissect entire layers of the densest dreams with a very weak glow and extract from them the brightest flashes of the Spirit. He can also easily see the most subtle dreams disguised as the Infinite and free himself from them with the power of the light of clarity.


6. Свет ясности дает преимущество участвовать во всем, не касаясь ничего. Когда Мастер видит грезы с помощью света ясности, он извлекает из них вспышки Духа, подобно тому, как из золотоносного песка извлекают золото.
6. The light of clarity gives the advantage of participating in everything without touching anything. When the Master sees dreams with the help of the light of clarity, he extracts flashes of the Spirit from them, just as gold is extracted from gold-bearing sand.


7. Когда свет ясности касается грез, они, словно повинуясь неведомой волшебной силе, мгновенно теряют власть над существом, так же, как сон теряет власть над пробудившимся.
7. When the light of clarity touches dreams, they, as if obeying an unknown magical force, instantly lose their power over the being, just as a dream loses its power over the awakened.


8. Коснувшись грез, свет ясности превращает их в чистые поля Беспредельного.
8. Having touched dreams, the light of clarity transforms them into pure fields of the Infinite.


9. Из тонких грез Мастера создают радостные поля Игр, полные гармонии, изящества, красоты и утонченности.
9. From subtle dreams, Masters create joyful fields of Games, full of harmony, grace, beauty and sophistication.


10. Из плотных грез свет ясности Мастера создает яростные силовые поля гневных Игр, где играют жесткие излучения Беспредельного – гневные покровители.
10. From dense dreams, the light of the Master's clarity creates furious force fields of angry Games, where the harsh radiations of the Infinite play - the angry patrons.


Жесткие излучения Беспредельного не знают компромиссов и играют в своих полях по принципу «все или ничего». Нахождение в них для обычного человека подобно попытке войти в ад. Мастер же способен извлекать из них вспышки Духа необыкновенной силы.
The harsh radiations of the Infinite know no compromises and play in their fields according to the principle of "all or nothing". Being in them for an ordinary person is like trying to enter hell. The Master is able to extract from them flashes of the Spirit of extraordinary power.


11. Среди тонких грез есть самые тонкие – миры Бесконечного, миры, где нет излучений, миры абсолютного Ничто, где нет ни снов разума, ни того, кто их видит. Эти грезы очень привлекательны, поскольку они напоминают Беспредельное. Ученик, не обладая светом ясности, может спутать их с Беспредельным Духом.
11. Among the subtle dreams, there are the most subtle ones - the worlds of the Infinite, worlds where there are no radiations, worlds of absolute Nothingness, where there are neither dreams of the mind, nor the one who sees them. These dreams are very attractive, since they resemble the Infinite. The disciple, not possessing the light of clarity, can confuse them with the Infinite Spirit.


12. Захватить и рассечь светом ясности тончайшие грезы – великое искусство Мастера, оттачиваемое всю жизнь.
12. To capture and cut through the subtlest dreams with the light of clarity is the great art of the Master, honed throughout life.


13. Свет ясности обретают благодаря памятованию себя и отрешенности. Не обретя способности непрерывно быть в свете ясности, невозможно надеяться обрести хоть что-нибудь стоящее на Пути, ибо свет ясности – ключ к Беспредельному.
13. The light of clarity is acquired through self-remembering and detachment. Without acquiring the ability to be continually in the light of clarity, it is impossible to hope to acquire anything worthwhile on the Path, for the light of clarity is the key to the Infinite.
14. Свет ясности бывает намеренным и спонтанным. Намеренный присущ ученикам, спонтанный – Мастерам, жителям неба и небесным странникам.


14. The light of clarity is intentional and spontaneous. The intentional is inherent in disciples, the spontaneous – in Masters, inhabitants of heaven and heavenly wanderers.
15. Созерцать естественное для Мастера – значит быть в свете ясности без игры мнений, видя мир глазами ребенка, удивляясь ему, словно в первый раз.


15. For the Master, to contemplate the natural means to be in the light of clarity without the play of opinions, seeing the world with the eyes of a child, marveling at it as if for the first time.
16. Быть в свете ясности – значит иметь свободу от того, что знаешь.


16. To be in the light of clarity means to have freedom from what you know.
17. Поскольку свет ясности чрезвычайно ценен, Мастер вновь и вновь пестует его, памятуя себя, пребывая в нем дни, месяцы и годы, пока не обретет знание естественного.
