Это мой стих я написал его любя давно и много лет прошло быть может десять а может сто
This is my verse; I wrote it out of love—long ago. Many years have passed—perhaps ten, or maybe a hundred.
Хотел бы быть сейчас с тобой
I wish I were with you right now,
Ласкать и нежно целовать
To caress you and kiss you tenderly,
Твой взгляд ловить
To catch your gaze,
В души хранить
And cherish it deep within my soul.
Но быль уже не изменить
But the past cannot be changed;
Просторы родины грозят
The vastness of our homeland looms—
Нас вместе видеть не хотят
It does not wish to see us together.
Но я живу одной мечтой
Yet I live for a single dream:
Быть на земле с одной тобой
To be on this earth with you, and you alone.
А я не знаю почему
I do not know why—
От куда взялся этот текст
Or where these words came from—
Но продолжаю вопреки
But I continue, against all odds,
Писать про чувства
To write of my feelings—
Forever and next
Forever and beyond.
Хотел бы быть сейчас с тобой
