The Presidents Of The USA
The Seattle band The Presidents Of The USA has always been distinguished from their other fellow countrymen by their extremely optimistic worldview and the use of a minimum of funds to perform music. Bassist Chris Bellew, for example, has always used two-string bass guitars exclusively, and his fellow guitarist, who does not want to lag behind the line of minimalism, never puts more than three strings on his instrument.
