И отвечал Иов и сказал:
And Job answered and said,
как ты помог бессильному, поддержал мышцу немощного!
How have you helped the weak, and supported the arm of the feeble!
Какой совет подал ты немудрому и как во всей полноте объяснил дело!
What counsel have you given to the foolish, and how have you fully explained the matter!
Кому ты говорил эти слова, и чей дух исходил из тебя?
To whom have you spoken these words, and whose spirit has gone out of you?
Рефаимы трепещут под водами, и живущие в них.
The Rephaim tremble under the waters, and those who dwell in them.
Преисподняя обнажена пред Ним, и нет покрывала Аваддону.
The grave is naked before Him, and there is no covering for Abaddon.
Он распростер север над пустотою, повесил землю ни на чем.
He stretches out the north over the void, He hangs the earth upon nothing.
Он заключает воды в облаках Своих, и облако не расседается под ними.
He encloses the waters in His clouds, and the cloud is not parted under them.
Он поставил престол Свой, распростер над ним облако Свое.
He has set up His throne, He has spread out His cloud over it.
Черту провел над поверхностью воды, до границ света со тьмою.
He has drawn a line over the surface of the waters, to the borders of light and darkness.
Столпы небес дрожат и ужасаются от грозы Его.
The pillars of heaven tremble and are terrified at His thunder.
Силою Своею волнует море и разумом Своим сражает его дерзость.
He stirs the sea with His power, and with His understanding He smites its insolence.
От духа Его великолепие неба; рука Его образовала быстрого скорпиона.
The splendor of the heavens is from His spirit; His hand has formed the swift scorpion.
Вот, это части путей Его; и как мало мы слышали о Нем! А гром могущества Его кто может уразуметь?
Behold, these are parts of his ways; and how little have we heard of him! And the thunder of his power who can understand?
